Rates for a move by De Meubeltaxi
Our rates are structured as follows:
- €120 starting fee per mover
- €60 per mover per hour
- €150 starting fee 19m3 moving truck
- €1 per kilometer between the loading and unloading addresses per 19m³.
Our rates include 21% VAT. On Saturdays, there is a 25% surcharge on Sjouwfeur costs.

How much does my move cost?
As mentioned, every move is customized. By requesting a quote here, we can provide you with a fixed price, so you'll know exactly what to expect. However, we can give you an indication of what to expect per service level:
- Budget move €500 - €1.000 – Moving a small household or a few large pieces of furniture
- Medium move €1.000 - €3.000 – Moving an entire household
- Premium move €3.000 – Moving an entire household, including packing, assembly work, and optional unpacking
Rates for additional services
- Moving lift for the firste hour €175. For 3 hours €300, and each additional hour €100.
- Crane service starting from €600
- Electric stair climber €200
- Permit application €50 (excluding administrative fees)
